- Puff Pastry squares : 10 squares.
- Paneer : 200 gms
- Onion : 1 big
- Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder : ½ tsp
- Garam Masala : ¼ tsp
- Carrot : 1 small
- Green Peas : ¼ cup
- Corn kennels : ¼ cup
- Bell Pepper/ Capsicum : ½ cup
- Boiled Potato : 1 medium
- Butter : 1 tbsp
Instructions
Boil the Potato, mash and keep aside. Take the cold pastry sheets from fridge and keep out to thaw for an hour. Meanwhile, cook the green peas and corn together in little water. Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder and fry. Chop the carrots into small cubes and add to the pan. Mix well with the masala and cover and cook for two minutes on medium flame. Add the cooked corn, green peas and combine well.
Cut the Capsicum and Paneer into small cubes and add to the pan. Fry for some time, adjust salt and cover and cook for two minutes more. Finally add the mashed potato and mix well. Your Paneer Puffs filling is ready.
